Select your garment and desired service in just a few clicks through our simple wizard.

Send or drop off

After payment you will find the QR code in your account and in your email. Have it scanned from your phone at a drop-off point of the carrier you chose, no printer needed. Or drop your garment off at a participating partner with no shipping charge for the outbound leg: at the moment Atelier van Schoot in Oldenzaal, the network of drop-off points is growing step by step. Zips, buttons, tears and more: all by post.

Receive quality work

Your garment is expertly treated and delivered to your door, with quality control before shipping. You get a message when your parcel arrives at the Van Schoot atelier, when the repair starts and as soon as the return shipping label has been created. Your garment is insured for as long as it is in the Van Schoot atelier, from arrival until it goes back out the door. The postal journey itself is not covered.

Every garment is checked for quality and appearance before return. We always aim to restore to original; if that is not possible, we find the best solution. Think of material from the inner lining to close a hole on the outside: barely visible, certainly wearable again.

You choose the turnaround when you order. The expected return date is shown in your order before you pay.

Send one or several garments in a single shipment. You pay for shipping once, however many items go in, and everything comes back home repaired together.
